After working with people for over 20 years the one thing that I know to be true is that everyone deserves an opportunity to feel seen and heard.  I find it important to help people understand their story and heal aspects to decrease anxiety and depression so that they can move into the future with more clarity, hope and  understanding of their experience.  My style is active attachment  based — that first and foremost healing occurs in a relationship based on trust and safety. 

 

My earliest training was in  psychodynamic psychotherapy. Over the years I have integrated a number  models: Internal Family Systems Theory , EMDR , emotional field therapy, Tapas Accupressure Technique  and the Enneagram. 

 

My work clientele includes  people with childhood trauma, anxiety and depression. I have a special interest in grief and pregnancy loss.
