Hello and Welcome! You have taken a courageous step toward taking charge of your life and your well being! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a specialty in working with clients who are experiencing trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and issues with self esteem. I approach therapy with a strengths based perspective. My role as your therapist is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment that is conducive in working toward your goals. I work with clients of all ages, but specialize in female adolescents, young adults, and middle aged adults. I offer individual therapy primarily.

 

I started my career working with children of all ages and their families in a community setting. I have worked as part of a Crisis team, provided emergency mental health services in a hospital setting, and I have worked with clients involved in the legal system.

I would like to be a part of your journey to improving your life. Your first visit will consist of

getting to know each other; a “meet and greet”. We will then determine if you feel that I am the right therapist for you! From that point, we schedule the second visit.

I am located in a lovely office in East Bridgewater that is ADA compliant. I am offering in person visits during the day and evenings at this time.
